St. Stephen's is a member of the Reformed Episcopal Church. Founded in 1873, the Reformed Episcopal Church traces its origin and doctrine back to the ancient church, as well as the English Reformation.

In worship services, we use the historic 1928 Book of Common Prayer and the 1940 hymnal.
